When we have received full instructions of your requirements we will prepare a quotation. This will remain valid
for a period of thirty days from the date thereon.
If the quote is agreed we will present you with an invoice for 50% of the total order value. Once payment is
received we will start to prepare the order as required. We will not alter the quote or accept variance once
payment is received.
We will suggest a probable time to completion. We reserve the right to extend that time where a problem occurs
with an order. Any delay will be small and we will keep you informed of progress in these circumstances.
When the order is complete we will present you an invoice for the balance of the order value. Once this is paid
in full we will contact you with arrange deliver.
Payment:
Payment can be made by cheque or directly to our account by bank transfer. Cheques should be made payable to
'Its My Ltd'.
Cancellation/refund:
Please check goods and product labels when received. By law in the UK you have 7 days from the date of receipt to
cancel your original order where that order is not personalised. We do not accept the return of personalised products.
You must contact us for a 'returns number' which will be issued with instructions for the return. Any goods returned
without a 'returns number' will not be accepted. If you wish to cancel an order within 7 days this must be made in
writing by letter, fax or email (not telephone). We will refund the goods value. You will be responsible for the cost
of returning the goods to us. The returned item must be unused and in original packaging.
Faults:
We check all items for quality before dispatch. In the unlikely event you receive a defective product please contact
us first. On receipt of the defective item we will repair or replace as required by UK law.
Loss Claims:
In the unlikely event your order is not received as stated please contact ITS MY LTD on +44 (0)1773 711 990. We will
investigate immediately and thereafter issue a Loss Claim Form, which requires signing and returning to us. Any person
using the claim system to obtain further goods without payment will be dealt with by civil and/or criminal law.

All complaints are serious and we endeavour to satisfy you by dealing with any incident quickly. Please contact the

Other items:
We have no facilities for personal callers. We reserve the right to withdraw items and alter future pricing without
notice. We reserve the right to alter the design of goods with the proviso that such alteration will not affect the
overall appearance of the item. We do not substitute goods within an order.
