You can choose two sorts of vinyl application. Either signage or heat press. Signage for cars, buildings, standard signs etc. Heat press appliable to fabric surfaces.

Signage Using a vinyl film we can create signs, decals, livery for your motorsport car, service truck, team vehicle etc. You can choose to have vinyl applied directly to the vehicle surface or we can create signs on magnetic vinyl which can be removed between events. Vinyl colours can be applied on top of each other for various effects.

Heat press If you have a t-shirt with a design on the cloth it will be either screen-printing or heat press vinyl. The vinyl is microns thick and presses through heat onto the garment leaving it flexible. Colours can be layered to create various effects.

How much does it all cost?
Signage
Creation and weeding. There is a charge for creating your design ready for cutting. This is charge at £20 per hour or part thereof. That cost is a one-off and would not be charged again unless an alteration is required. We may also be able to enlarge or reduce substantially for a small charge.

If you use our pre-prepared logo's and fonts then only the set-up charge of £20 is applicable, unless you wish to vary the design. Vinyl signage is a cost effective method of highlighting your vehicle to great effect.

We will design, cut the vinyl, weed out the excess and seal with application tape. You can then choose to apply the vinyl yourself or we can apply it at the same charge as creation.

Signage vinyl costs. We have numerous vinyls available, from 3-5 year, 5-7 year, carbon fibre prints, reflectives and many more. The colour range is extensive. 3-5 year has over 40 colours. Costs depend on the quality used. Charges start at about £6 per metre per colour.

Magnetic vinyl costs. For occasional use magnetic vinyl is about 600mm wide and will stick firmly to most metallic surfaces, excluding alloy. Magnetic vinyl is charge at £20 per metre and then the vinyl is applied at the costs stated above.

Heat press
We cost the work from start to finish. We will charge £20 per hour, or part therof for creating the design, cutting, weeding and applying to your chosen surface. The garment vinyl is about £20 per metre per colour. This makes one-off designs expensive but multiples are very cost effective.

Heat press vinyl is superb. You can create T-shirts, apply your design, name or team onto luggage, polos, outerwear and dozens of other applications.
