These statements are in addition to your statutory rights

PACKAGING: 

All orders are dispatched in white padded or thin poly mailing envelopes. The front label shows your name and address. The rear bears a return address label of 6 High Hazels Court, Coombe Road, Moorgreen, Nottingham NG16 3SU, Great Britain'. Other labelling relates to Customs and Delivery Services (where applicable). 

PAYMENT: 

All prices are shown and charged in UK Pounds Sterling £ (GBP).
UK Postal orders: Please make payable to 'Its My Ltd'.
We do not accept cheques 

DESPATCHING YOUR ORDER:

All orders are dispatched as soon as possible. We carry a large quantity of stock. As many items are also exclusively hand made we will manufacture as required and despatch immediately upon completion. Maximum mailing time is 28 days of receipt date.

EXCHANGES: 

Please check goods and product labels when received. If you wish to exchange an item please contact us. We will exchange any item for another size /colour/ equivalent priced product without charge if returned within 14 days of receipt. The returned item must be unused and in original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. 

If returning for exchange from outside the EU the customs label must state, 'goods returned to seller for exchange-no duty applicable'. If this is not present the goods will not be accepted. 

CANCELLATION / REFUND:

Please check goods and product labels when received. By law in the UK you have 14 days from the date of receipt to cancel your original order. Please contact us in writing if you wish to cancel. We will refund the goods value. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. The returned item must be unused and in original packaging.

If returning for a refund from outside the EU the customs label must state, 'goods returned to seller for refund-no duty applicable'. If this is not present the goods will not be accepted.

Where a despatched order is refused for any reason (including a dispute or disagreement with import duty) any refund request will incur an administration charge of 25% of the original value. We will also deduct the cost of any direct or indirect charges incurred in securing the goods safe return to our company. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

SPECIALS OFFERS / DISCOUNTS: 

The return or exchange of an offer price or discount item will result in the cancellation of the offer and the relevant credit reduction. Any remaining goods purchased within that offer would then revert to a non-offer value. 

FAULTS: 

We check all items for quality before dispatch. In the unlikely event you receive a defective product please contact us first. On receipt of the defective item we will repair or replace as required by UK law. 

LOSS CLAIMS: 

In the unlikely event your order is not received within 30 days contact Its My Ltd on +44 (0)1773 711 990. We will investigate immediately and thereafter issue a Loss Claim Form, which requires signing and returning to us. Any person using the claim system to obtain further goods without payment will be dealt with by civil and/or criminal law.

All complaints are serious and we endeavour to satisfy you by dealing with any incident quickly. Please contact the office on +44 (0)1773 711 990 or by email, or write to J Franklin-Pryce, 6 High Hazels Court, Coombe Road, Moorgreen, Nottingham NG16 3SU setting out details of the complaint. 

OTHER ITEMS: 

We have no facilities for personal callers. We reserve the right to withdraw items and alter future pricing without notice. We reserve the right to alter the design of goods with the proviso that such alteration will not affect the overall appearance of the garment. We do not substitute goods within an order. 

Due to previous problems with delivery services in the following countries we will no longer accept new orders to Russia, Latvia, Moldova, Nigeria, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine.
